Chris and Jay have been selected to feature in the construction industry’s leading magazine, “Building”, on how to reduce a households carbon emission’s. The article, “Meet the government's new best friends: Victorian refurb”, explains how Chris and Jay completely renovated a derelict house in Central London and reached the governments target of a 80% carbon emission reduction. Chris and Jay open their eco-refurbishment to the public! May 2009

After a rigorous application process, Chris and Jay's home has been selected to appear in this year's Open House London event (19th-20th September). They want members of the public to explore how they've crammed their house full of energy saving, carbon cutting, and environmentally friendly features, whilst maintaining the home comforts and character of a Victorian terrace.

Chris and Jay appear at Grand Designs Live 2009! April 2009
Chris and Jay are appearing as the "Resident Experts" at Grand Designs Live, London following on from their appearance on BBC2's "It's Not Easy Being Green" series. They will appear as part of the Grand Seminar "Eco Refurnishment made easy" on Tuesday 28th April, and in the "How To..." theatre "Retrofitting your home" on Monday 4th May. Chris and Jay appear throughout BBC2's series, "It's Not Easy Being Green", Jan 2009
Chris and Jay appear throughout the 8 episodes of BBC2's Spring series of "It's Not Easy Being Green" as they eco-refurbish a derelict Victorian terrace house. They will show how a 150 year old house can be made into a super energy efficient home for the 21st century.
